The World’s Highest and Most Glaciated 'Tropical Mountain Range'.

With an estimated 260 glaciers and thirty-three peaks over 5,500 meters, the Cordillera Blanca has been well known in mountaineering circles for more than 50 years now. Today the area is fast becoming a mecca for outdoor adventure and extreme sports of all kinds.

Most of the range falls within Huascarán National Park and it’s stunning turquoise glacier lakes, shear rock faces and surrounding snow covered peaks. Huascarán along with the Huayhuash Reserve are Peru’s primer trekking destinations and include great options like the 4 to 10 day Santa Cruz, Alpamayo and Huayhuash treks.

A Landscape Dominated by Snow Covered Peaks and Deep Glaciated Valleys.

Huascarán National Park encompass most of the Cordillera Blanca covering an area of 3,400 square kilometres at elevations from 3,500 to 6,768 meters. In 1977 UNESCO established the park as a Biosphere Reserve and in 1985 it was declared a World heritage Site.

With a wide of variety flora and fauna, geological formations, archaeological sites and the panoramic scenery, Huascarán National Park is a spectacular destination for outdoor activities and adventure, including mountaineering, rock climbing, bouldering, trekking, paragliding and mountain biking.

We are big believers in education ‘Outside’ the classroom.

Outdoor Educational refers to a type of experiential learning that takes place in a variety of challenging and predominantly outdoor environments. These activities can, not only be used to teach new and challenging outdoor skills, but to enhance social relationships and define collaborative roles and tasks within groups, helping people to work together to build more effective teams.

We can help you organise outdoor educational programs that include working on environmental and social projects, as well as challenging outdoor activities and learning experiences, like mountaineering, rock climbing, trekking, rafting and mountain biking.
